Primary Result 2026
The primary Assistant Teacher Recruitment written Exam was finished on 09 January 2026 for the first and 2nd group. Earlier, the exam was set to be held on 02 January 2026. However, the DPE Gov BD Primary Result 2026 will be published on 21st January 2026. Successively, Phase I and Phase II viva exams will be held and the DPE authority will publish the results.
Primary 1st Phase Result 2026
The Department of Primary Education has planned to conduct the recruitment test for the first phase of assistant teacher posts in government primary schools on 9th January 2026. Finally, the written result of the 1st group will be published on January 21, 2026. The 2nd Phase advertisement was published for the Rajshahi, Khulna, and Mymensingh divisions. Primary Assistant Teacher Result 2026 (1st & 2nd Group)
The Primary Teacher Result 2026 of the phase written/MCQ examination has been announced by the Directorate of Primary Education (DPE). The results will be released by Thursday, January 21, 2026. A total of 69, 265 People have passed the written exam. The Primary result can be found on the website (www dpe gov bd) of the Directorate of Primary Education. Apart from this, the candidates who have passed the written exam will also receive an SMS on their mobile phones. The date of the Viva exam will be announced later.
A total of 69,265 candidates were selected for the Primary Viva-voce test. The Primary Assistant Teacher Recruitment MCQ test was conducted in 64 districts on January 9, 2026. The 64 Districts are Rajshahi, Bogra, Chapainawabganj, Natore, Naogaon, Joypurhat, Sirajganj, Pabna, Khulna, Jessore, Kushtia, Jhenaida, Chuadanga, Magura, Bagerhat, Satkhira, Meherpur, Mymensingh, Jamalpur, Sherpur and Netrokona.
How to get DPE Primary Result 2026?
More than 14,385 primary school teachers will be appointed. In the meantime, the first phase of the exam has been completed and results have also been published. Primary 1st Phase Exam Result 2026
On 9th Jan 2026, the Primary written examination of 61 districts of three divisions was held. There were 8 lakh 30 thousand 088 candidates in the exam. The government primary school teacher recruitment advertisement for the first phase was published one year ago. The 1st Phase advertisement was released in 2025 for Rangpur Barisal and Sylhet Divisions.
A total of 69 thousand 265 candidates have been selected for the Primary Viva-voce test based on the results of the Primary Assistant Teacher Recruitment written test conducted in 18 districts on 09 January 2025. The 61 Districts are Rangpur, Dinajpur, Panchagarh, Lalmonirhat, Thakurgaon, Nilphamari, Kurigram, Gaibandha, Barisal, Pirojpur, Patuakhali, Jhalkathi, Barguna, Bhola, Sylhet, Habiganj, Sunamganj, and Moulvibazar.
Note:
- Based on this primary result, the selected candidates can participate in the Viva examination only.
- Candidates will be finally selected for the appointment of vacant posts by following the government primary school teacher recruitment rules 2019 based on the marks obtained in the written exam, the marks obtained in the viva voce, and the marks obtained in the academic certificate.
- The venue and date of the viva exam will be notified later.
Primary Exam Result 2026
Government primary school assistant teacher recruitment written examination results of the First phase have been published. A total of 9337 participants have passed the written examination. The Primary teacher recruitment circular has been published in three stages.
The 10 lakh 80 thousand job aspirants have applied for the Primary Assistant Teacher Recruitment examination. In this phase, vacancies will be appointed in government primary schools in 72 upazilas of Barisal, Rangpur, and Sylhet divisions. According to DPE, there are 2772 government primary vacancies in three divisions. As such, 130 people will fight for each post. However, due to the quota facility, women candidates will be ahead in recruitment.
